Interim Commercial Litigation Counsel

LAW Absolute are working with an international network of higher-education institutions. This organisation is based in London. Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their team to start as soon as possible up until the end of August.

The successful candidate will be an experienced qualified Solicitor with litigation experience dealing with contentious matters from pre-action to trial. You will assist the Senior Commercial Counsel with matters where you will be structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have good training from a city firm or international firm.

Your work will include the drafting of, platform agreements, licences, terms & conditions, service agreements, partnership agreements with universities, representative agreements etc.
