Healthcare Legal Secretary
A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-respected Manchester City Centre based law firm to support the firms Healthcare department providing legal secretarial support to a Health and Care Advisory team. Previous legal secretarial experience is essential and experience within healthcare would be advantageous.
This is an excellent role for a legal secretary who is able to work under minimal supervision and provide an efficient first-class service. Supporting a busy team of fee earners, duties will involve bundle preparation, copy/audio typing and diary management together with various administrative duties.
This is a full-time role (preferably 37.5 hours per week) and ideally, you will be happy to work on a hybrid basis with three days per week in the office some weeks, but a minimum of two days in other weeks.
You will be required to have excellent eye for detail, be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible in their approach and possess strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to deal competently with clients and internal stakeholders of all levels across the firm.
