Residential Conveyancer

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity?

My client is a market leading volume conveyancing firm looking to onboard experienced Conveyancers, with 5+ years experience, into their growing Residential Conveyancing teams nationally on a remote/homeworking basis due to a very high uplift in new business.

You will be homebased and work within a proactive high volume residential conveyancing team.

You should be able to:

• Run a substantial caseload and perform a full range of tasks;
• Act independently when establishing priorities and managing deadlines; 
• Work well within a team, advise and mentor others; 
• Utilise your extensive experience and knowledge of residential conveyancing;
• Assist team members as and when required;
• Communicate, and build, relationships with clients and third parties in a professional and knowledgeable manner;
• The ability to motivate self and work autonomously
• Provide excellent customer service; 
•  Assist the team to ensure company targets are met.
