The firm is looking for an ambitious individual to assist in expanding the Commercial Dispute Resolution team and work directly alongside the Partner.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4+ years of PQE to join and work alongside a highly respected Partner in the City of London.

The firm has a sizeable, dedicated team that is National and spans across the firm's offices - you will work with colleagues across those offices where needed and with other members of the firm servicing commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with commercial disputes at all levels, including litigation, arbitration and mediation
• Maintain and develop your contacts
• Contribute to the growth of the firm's reputation concerning commercial disputes
• Contribute to the firm's expertise across commercial disputes

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales 4+ PQE
• Talented, technically excellent and a willingness to embrace the collaboration of the team and high-quality client service
• Good commercial awareness
• Experience in handling your own caseload with supervision from senior team members
• A strong background professionally and academically.
