Commercial Property Solicitor - Cambridge/Hybrid Working

A legal 500 and chambers listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit an additional lawyer to their Commercial property team. 

The successful candidate for this position will have upwards of 1 year PQE in dealing with commercial real estate matters. Any candidates for this position must be reasonably close to Cambridge but there will be  large amount of flexibility in terms of remote working if this is something of interest to the successful candidate. 

The role would entail working as part of a team dealing with a range of matters including:-

• Acquisitions & Disposals
• Commercial Leases
• Development related work
• Property Finance
