Small Claims Fee Earner / Paralegal - The small claims team is looking to attract a new recruits to enter onto their market-leading training program. This is a fast paced and vibrant team offering great training and fantastic career progression. The successful candidate will be encouraged to build their own caseload and will benefit from structured supervision designed to help staff move up through the team when they are ready.

• Reports to: Team Leader
• Previous Experience: Previous small claims RTA experience is not absolutely necessary. Candidates with claimant or defendant experience will be considered.

The litigated RTA team is looking for candidates in whom they can invest and develop as the team continues to grow due to a series of client wins. The work on offer is quantum and liability small claims Part 7 litigated work and fee earners also have the possibility of progressing from there to one of the fast track teams and ultimately into complex injury.

A broad range of clients

One of the other attractions of this role is that you will work with a number of top insurer clients. The team also advise major self-insured companies across various sectors.

The firm is keen to invest in its fee earners and staff generally and they are a number of pathways open to people who wish to develop their expertise within the firm.
