Planning Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) -
We would very much like to hear from candidates from NQ to a more senior level, we are looking for a motivated and amiable individual who can thrive in the ever-changing world of planning law to join our successful East Midlands planning team.
Our team works flexibly, with a mix of office and home working tailored to ensuring that team members have sufficient support to work as best they can. We also work closely with our planning law colleagues in the East of England with regular team meetings as well as continual sharing of knowledge and news
This high-ranking department deals with major clients on work including advising on all aspects of town and country planning and environmental issues, including major retail projects, mixed use and office developments, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, planning applications and appeals, environmental impact, minerals planning, major infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase, compensation and judicial review.
