Private Client Paralegal - An opportunity exists for a Private Client Paralegal to join an exciting, leading law Firm. This could be Part-Time or Full-Time.

My client has been established over 200 years and are well known throughout Ormskirk & the surrounding area with generations entrusting their legal requirements to our care.
My client offers a comprehensive range of legal services including Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax planning, General Management of Finances, Court of Protection, accident claims and a wide range of Commercial Law services for their clients in business. They are also one of the few firms in the North West to offer the services of a Notary Public.
Description
Private Client Paralegal
The successful Private Client Solicitor/fee earner will gain excellent experience in this role and will be exposed to the following workflows:
- Drafting Wills
- Drafting declarations of trust
- Drafting and advising on simple and complex trusts
- Administering estates and trusts
- Tax advice
- Completing applications to the Court of Protection
- Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
Profile
Ideally at least 6 months experience in Private Client Law or a relevant area.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic along with possessing excellent organisation skills, a strong telephone manner and a keen attention to detail.
