FAMILY SOLICITOR:
This is an opportunity to undertake an exciting and challenging position. This role will encompass a broad range of family matters which may include, family trusts, partnerships & assets held off shore, civil partnerships, unmarried couples and domestic violence. Part of the current teams remit is to manage high value matters and complex financial disputes. Separation, divorce and disputes about children are widely recognized as some of the most stressful events an individual may face in their life therefore this role requires an accomplished senior lawyer capable of leading an empathetic and collaborative team culture. We would like to hear from ambitious senior level candidates with the flair required to contribute to this growing and robust firm. Ideally you will have c6+ years’ PQE with experience handling complex family law work including high value matters and financial disputes. The successful applicant will need to be comfortable taking a team based approach within the firm and will be required to contribute at a high level to new business development and marketing.
