Excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property Solicitor to join this well-established law firm in Wiltshire.

You will be joining a small but well serviced law firm. If you are looking to work closer to home and avoid the commute into a larger city, then this might be just the role for you.

The role will involve handling a wide range of commercial property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to independently handle a busy caseload of a mix of commercial matters, including but not limited to, freehold sales and purchases, option agreements, overage deeds, commercial leases of offices, shops and industrial units (acting for landlords and tenants), property portfolio management work.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Due to the growth within the team, candidates will be considered on a full or part time basis and candidates wishing to undertake a mix of both commercial and residential conveyancing are encouraged to apply.

Market rate salary is on offer dependant on experience together with flexible and hybrid working.
