Corporate Associate Solicitor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to work for a Legal 100 firm in Crawley.
With a minimum of 3 years’ PQE working in a corporate team, you will be joining as an Associate Solicitor working alongside the partners.
You will be working on your own caseload which will include M&A markets, acquisition and sale of private companies, private equity and financing of private businesses, shareholders agreements and restructuring and any corporate support required by regional corporate clients.
This position would suit someone who is ambitious; the firm offers excellent training and career development opportunities.
