HR Systems Administrator at City Law Firm (Hybrid Working) - c£35,000
We are urgently recruiting for a HR Systems specialist to support a growing HR team at one of our favourite law firms. Do you love working in HR but prefer the analytical and technical elements of it to the front-line, “hiring & firing” side?
Our client is fantastic international law with a fantastic reputation, both as a law firm and as an employer of choice. All roles are hybrid based and the firm are known for their benefits and support of their staff.
Based within their growing HR and benefits team this role will work closely with all of their international offices and be a real lynchpin for their global HR function.
Duties will include everything from troubleshooting and rolling out of system updates to getting involved in training, maintenance and running regular data cleanses.
What they are looking for is someone with at least a years’ experience in a HR Systems role, or someone with a role within HR with systems and data management duties who wants to focus on that side of the HR role. Ideal candidates will be working within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
This is very much a HR systems focused role and not one with a wider, generalist HR function that will progress into a more generalist HR position – so it is key that your interest and progression plans lie on the systems and analytical side of HR.
