Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Birmingham
My client, a well respected regional firm, is seeking to recruit a clinical negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive for their Birmingham office, to handle a caseload of primarily claimant clinical negligence matters.
The team, spread across several offices, has extensive experience in handling complex claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters. With their current opportunities, you will work directly for a highly regarded clinical negligence partner, assisting on a range of high value and technically challenging claims while independently running your own caseload of more modestly valued claims
The role would suit a junior qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with upward of 12 months post qualified experience in claimant clinical negligence work with a strong understanding of the litigation process and who has already run their own files.
It is possible for the role to be carried out on a part time basis and the firm support hybrid working, so this would be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a role that offers excellent work and flexibility at the same time.
