JOB TITLE:                  Wills and Probate Lawyer (Part-Time)
PQE REQUIRED:          3+
LOCATION:                  Greater Manchester
HOURLY RATE:            up to c£50,000 FTE
 
THE ROLE:
The successful Wills and Probate Lawyer will be responsible for their own caseload of Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates LPAs and Elderly Client work. This position will also require the postholder to work on tax planning cases and so extensive knowledge in this area is essential. It is expected that the appointed Wills and Probate Lawyer will be able to hit the ground running and work under minimal supervision. This is a part-time position and so Lawyers wishing to work on this basis are encouraged to apply.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have in excess of 3 years’ experience handling their own varied caseload of Private Client matters. Considerable knowledge of the areas listed above is essential. The successful Wills and Probate Lawyer must be able to work on their own initiative, take responsibility for decision making and be confident in their ability to work in a highly organised and efficient manner.
