Real Estate Finance Associate - 1-3PQE

Pure Search are instructed by an elite US law firm looking to grow their Real Estate Finance team in London.

London is their largest office outside of the US and they are currently focused on targeted growth within their Real Estate Finance practice group.

The Role:

Joining one of the standout Real Estate Finance practices in the market, you will advise on complex join ventures and funds, debt origination, financing, syndication and securitisation of major commercial, residential, retail and hospitality portfolios. Clients include FTSE 100 companies, global investment banks and global asset management firms.

The team advise on everything from acquisition through to development and, with the support of a full service corporate, tax, securitisation and structured finance offering, are able to support clients on a genuinely international level. They are seen by many as the go-to team for corporate structuring and real estate finance work and this is a chance to build your career at one of the standout US firms in London.

About You:

You will have between 1 to 3 years post-qualification experience of real estate finance at a leading UK, US or international law firm and be looking for a step up to one of the leading names in the market. You will have a consistently strong academic background and feel at a stage in your career where you are happy to put in the hard graft, which in turn will present opportunities to work on some of the landmark transactions in the real estate finance industry.

Our client will consider foreign qualified lawyers and applications from lawyers at leading Legal 500 ranked regional UK practices.
