Credit Hire Paralegal - The expanding credit hire team of this leading national firm is looking to attract candidates at all levels. In particular, this recruitment project is designed to attract candidates with a sound knowledge of pre-lit credit hire matters.

Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to handle a case load of delegated authority claims including credit hire cases, suspected credit hire fraud, liability investigations and bodily injury cases. You will also have a major input in helping to hone and develop case strategy.

• Previous Experience: Previous credit hire experience would be an advantage. The team will also consider candidates with general case handling experience.

Developing expertise in credit hire fraud

This is an exciting role for anyone with knowledge of the pre-litigated credit hire process. Part of the role involves critically investigating credit hire cases which have been red-flagged due to suspected fraud or other issues on the file, such as possible inflated charges or other issues which require further analysis and investigation.

As a result, you will gain excellent technical skills in critical thinking and technically investigating files of up to £25,000 in terms of value. The role also involves fantastic ongoing training and affords candidates excellent transferable qualities as you progress.
