Residential Property Paralegal – Our client, a highly regarded firm with an excellent reputation in Brighton are now looking to expand their conveyancing department and are therefore seeking a further Paralegal or trainee Legal Executive to join their team.
About the Role
The successful applicant will have c.2+years’ experience within a similar role, assisting a busy property team on freehold and leasehold residential, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity.
Candidate Requirements
You will be exposed to the full range of property transactions and expected to a mange your desk to a high standard. You will need to show competency and enthusiasm and with that, in time, given the opportunity to learn and develop, eventually taking on your own fee earning caseload.
