A rare opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, able to work a volume caseload, has become available with a Leeds based property specialist. 
 
This role will allow the successful Conveyancer to have the ability to work from home up to 4 days a week and 1 day in the Leeds city centre office. (The initial training period will be office based, travel costs are paid for this period). 
 
Along with an excellent salary package, there is an additional bonus scheme with the average bonus coming out at £5-10k per annum with no cap. 
 
As a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will independently manage your own portfolio of cases delivering inspirational client service. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across a diverse range of cases, due to the firm's market position. Your portfolio may include freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.
 
This role can be office based or home based for part of the week, and you will work alongside office-based Conveyancing Assistants to achieve targets through exceptional delivery.
 
This firm is looking for natural self-starters with the ability to continuously deliver excellent client service, whilst motivating and developing others.
 
You will work within a proactive high volume residential conveyancing team and should be able to:
 
· Manage a portfolio of cases from initiation to completion
· Carry out investigation of title checks
· Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines
· Provide support and coaching to your Conveyancing Assistants
· Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates
