The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The L500 accredited Property Litigation team cover the full spectrum of disputes, but are particularly strong at advising housing associations, residential landlords and local authorities on complex housing disrepair matters
  • As such, you will have a diverse caseload of property litigation work, with a focus on defendant housing disrepair matters such as estate management work, business lease renewals, injunctions, possession actions, rent recovery and disrepair
  • As a Solicitor, you will also assist the senior lawyers with their caseload and gain exposure to some of the most prominent cases in the UK, placing you years ahead of your PQE
