Infrastructure Finance Lawyer

This top tier law firm which sits outside the top 20 offers a new position which will suit a banking and finance lawyer who may come from either a US or major international firm. The work will be infrastructure finance, securitisation work and more general finance work often in respect of brownfield development projects. This will be ideal for a lawyer with minimum 3 years’ post qualified experience of banking, structuring debt and security arrangements who is ambitious to build out a successful practice.
