Debt Capital Markets Solicitor - 3-7 PQE - BIRMINGHAM

A top ranked international law firm is seeking an experienced Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Lawyer with 3 year+ PQE to join their growing team in Birmingham. On-going flexible and blended office/remote working accommodated. Excellent salary commensurate with experience.

The Role

As a Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Lawyer in this team, you would:
· Advise a broad range of managers, investors and issuers on a wide variety of debt capital markets transactions, drafting and reviewing a wide range of capital markets documents.
· Advise on standalone bonds and EMTN programmes across a wide variety sectors, CCFF financing and private placements of public listed bonds.
· Delivering a high-quality legal service banking and finance team with access to a deep knowledge of current market practice.

About You

To be successful in your application for this Debt Capital Markets Solicitor vacancy, you will have:
· A minimum of three years' PQE with a strong debt capital markets background, during that time whether from private practice, in-house or a combination of both. Some specific experience of running listing processes on a variety of stock exchanges would be an advantage.
· A strong academic background.
· A good teamwork ethic.
· A keen enthusiasm for business development.
