Commercial Solicitor - Manchester

Leading international firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Solicitor 2 - 4 PQE to join its fast growing team in Manchester.

THE ROLE
Joining a successful Manchester based Technology and Privacy team, working closely with a wider national team
Working primarily on IT, data protection and commercial contracts on behalf of major clients both locally and nationally
The workload includes general commercial agreements, software development & licensing, technology implementation projects, bespoke IT agreements and advising on all aspects of compliance, particularly in the context of technology projects on the data protection side

REQUIREMENTS
Ideally 2-4 PQE
Strong technical commercial experience
Knowledge of technology and data protection
