This UK Top 100 national law firm provide a range of legal and advisory services to businesses as well as being a market leading firm within health and social care, housing and local and central government. Our client is looking to expand their Bristol office with the appointment of a Clinical Negligence Solicitor; this is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning team who are highly regarded for their work.

Your new role
You will manage a full caseload of litigated and pre-litigated complex and high value matters; the team are highly regarded for their work acting on behalf of NHSR and NHS Trusts and in the defence of clinical negligence cases.

You will also have a focus on developing relationships with NHSR, Insurer and Trust and Insured client along with business development projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an eye for detail and a desire to progress your legal career within clinical negligence. You will be a newly qualified solicitor with the ability to proactively manage a wide ranging caseload of matters and be able to provide tailored legal advice to a range of clients, or you will be qualifying shortly and will have completed a seat in clinical negligence during your training contract. You will be offered excellent training and support in order for you to gain the skills to thrive in this highly interesting area of the law.
