Corporate Lending & Acquisition Banking Associate

We are currently working with a fantastic London firm with great international presence and growing banking and finance department.

The Firm

• A fantastic firm with 170 partners and a headcount up from 341 pre-pandemic to 706 post-pandemic due to unprecedented growth in a time where other firms were struggling to keep their associates. 

The Role

• The role would see the successful candidate join the banking and finance division to assist in cement current and establishing new relationships with client working on debt funds, private equity, and corporate relationships.

The Experience  

• The successful candidate should be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• The candidate should have strong drafting and negotiation skills and have experience in dealing with corporate lending and finance.
• We are currently working with a fantastic London firm with great international presence and growing banking and finance department.
