The Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Residential Property Senior Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Manchester.

Situated within one of the UK's Top 15 Real Estate practices, you will join a leading Residential Property team who deal solely with a HNW client base in the sale, purchase, development and funding of residential property.

You will manage a diverse caseload that covers all aspects of residential property matters for private clients, including house and flat, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered properties, mortgages and equity release, buy-to-let properties, help to buy, lettings, planning, new plot purchases and SDLT.

As a Senior Associate, you will also build and maintain effective client and third-party relationships, manage files in compliance with Lexcel procedures, and mentor junior lawyers as they progress within the team.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• You will have first-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
