The Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Property Litigation Senior Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle.

You will join one of the UK's most highly rated Property Litigation teams, who work with a diverse client base ranging from landlords and tenants (with national portfolios) to FTSE 250 household names and public sector bodies. Equally, sectors span from telecoms, retail and energy to charities, transport and central and local government.

You will manage a varied caseload covering a wide range of substantial contentious property matters, including the ECC, landlord and tenant matters, renewals, dilapidations, break notices, and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.

As a Senior Associate, you will also build and maintain effective client and third-party relationships and supervise other members of the team as they develop.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• You will have strong business development capabilities
