The Role:

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Legal Director to join the firm's dynamic employment office in Leeds, with a hybrid working model in place.

Despite their size, this firm isn't looking for a cog in a wheel; you will be an authoritative and approachable individual with an exceptional understanding of all aspects of employment law.

You will have a diverse caseload covering the full spectrum of employment matters from restructuring and restrictive covenants to TUPE transfers and discrimination.

You will be given the autonomy and investment to service work as you see fit, enabling you to create and improve your own brand.

Alongside fee earning, you will provide strategic leadership to other employment solicitors at all stages of their career, offering support and development to further their knowledge and abilities.

You will work closely with the other Directors and Partners within the Employment department to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a commercially successful leadership team.

There will be strong prospects towards partnership from day one, with support and investment from other Partners to develop your skills and brand to the highest calibre.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• You will possess an ambition to further grow a successful team and put your own mark on the department
