The Role:

• This is an exclusive opportunity for an Intellectual Property Partner to join the firm's L500 IP department in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a distinguished individual with a firm grasp on all aspects of intellectual property
• You will manage a diverse caseload covering a range of contentious & non-contentious IP matters, including enforcement, exploitation and commercialisation of intellectual property rights; advising on commercial agreements allied to IP; complex IP litigation; advising on IP transactions & contentious matters
• Due to the global nature of the firm, your client base will be rich with international heavyweights, national businesses, non-profit organisations and UHNW individuals
• As a Partner, you will also be responsible for supervising the junior & mid-level members of the team and leading numerous projects within the department in addition to business development

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
