General Counsel

LAW Absolute are working with a not-for-profit organisation. This organisation is based in London. Our client is seeking an experienced General Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and management. You will be responsible for corporate governance procedures as well as ensuring compliance and providing legal advice on all aspects of the business including but not limited to, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance including with the Charity commission, data protection, intellectual property, property matters, employment issues and disputes.
