The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Probate Solicitor to join the firm's offices in Guiseley and Bingley, with hybrid working in place.

To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be an ambitious individual, keen to make your mark on the Wills & Probate department.

You will have a diverse caseload dealing with matters at all stages of the Probate process, from taking the client's initial instructions and will drafting to dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates.

Due to the nature of the work, you will have a professional and friendly personality with an ability to handle sensitive situations.

You will also provide support to other fee earners in the probate department whilst receiving a high level of investment in your professional development. You will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your Wills & Probate network and progress through the ranks.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor from NQ to 3 years PQE, ideally with experience in Wills & Probate
• You will be highly motivated and ambitious
• You will have excellent communication skills
