The Role:
- This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle
- You will join a Legal 500 ranked Dispute Resolution team who work with a diverse client base ranging from FTSE250 companies to local businesses across a multitude of industry sectors, including technology, media, sports, construction & retail
- As such, you will manage a complex caseload including contractual disputes, IP disputes, professional negligence, shareholder & partnership disputes, defamation, judicial reviews and public sector disputes
- Coming in as a Partner, you will have the freedom to shape the department in your own way, with a clear pathway to specialise in a particular sector of choice
- You will also supervise junior members of the team and offer training and development to support their progress
The Ideal Candidate:
- An established Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 9 years PQE
- Strong business development capabilities
- First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
