The Role:

  • This is an exclusive opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join the firm's L500 Dispute Resolution department in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The team are regularly instructed on a variety of HNW corporate disputes for clients ranging from FTSE100 companies to local businesses across a multitude of industry sectors, including retail, sports, media, technology & construction
  • As such, you will manage a complex caseload including contractual disputes, IP disputes, professional negligence, shareholder & partnership disputes, defamation, judicial reviews and public sector disputes
  • Coming in as a Partner, you will have the freedom to shape the department in your own way, with a clear pathway to specialise in a particular sector of choice
  • You will also supervise junior members of the team and offer training and development to support their progress

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An established Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 9 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
