Derivatives/Trading Specialist – Entrepreneurial Business

This full-service broker based in the City is part of a larger international financial services group with impressive growth plans.  As the business expands they are looking to recruit a second lawyer to undertake a very varied and highly visible legal role.  Working closely with the experienced GC you will be responsible for the whole suite of commercial agreements, derivatives and trading documentation as well as taking responsibility for designing and implementing policies and processes. 

With at least 4 years’ pqe, you will be a bright and ambitious lawyer with an entrepreneurial approach.  With a strong background in derivatives/trading documentation you will also have the desire to learn quickly and the ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
