A DCM lawyer is currently being sought for a bank looking for extra support for the EMEA capital markets business. Working as part of a small team you will cover origination through to sales and trading working directly with the front office internationally. You will be required to structure and draft documentation from pitch through to execution and settlement. You should be confident in MTN draw downs, securitisation structures, project bonds and high yield as well as derivative structures, notes and swaps. You should be prepared to get involved in non-transactional matters such as bank wide projects and regulatory matters as well as industry forums and committees.
Most suitable candidates for this role will have a strong private practice background with some previous in-house experience, possibly gained on secondment and will be around 1 to 8 years qualified. European languages, especially Italian would be a bonus.
