THE ROLE
The firm's multi-disciplinary team comprising environmental lawyers, planning lawyers and planning consultants is looking to hire a further lawyer.
In relation to development projects and plan making, they provide multi-disciplinary services through a holistic and integrated team approach for complex development projects including a one stop shop for planning and environmental advice from inception to completion.
Development expertise encompasses all aspects of development planning and associated legal agreements, environmental impact assessment, habitat regulation issues, protected species and environmental permitting.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be an environmental or environmental/planning lawyer with 2-4pqe
Environmental experience (particularly in real estate and corporate support, or in environmental permitting and with a capability / willingness to work on habitats, species and other natural environmental law issues) is a pre requisite but the role may also be suitable for someone who has dual environmental and planning experience.
