Due to the increased growth of the London finance practice, our client, a leading New York firm, is looking to hire a Finance Associate, and will also consider a bright, ambitious final seat trainee who is due to qualify in September 2022 at another highly ranked City banking and finance practice. This role will involve working for and alongside all the partners in the team on complex, cross-border finance transactions across various sectors, with a focus on general finance, acquisition and leveraged finance and restructurings, acting for an international client base, including leading financial investors, corporates and funds.
