This top 100 UK law firm are extremely busy in its residential property team.
They are now looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join them in their busy Taunton office.
In this role you will act for buyers and sellers of residential properties on sale and purchase transactions.
Ideally you should already have at least 1 or 2 years’ relevant residential conveyancing experience within the property team of another reputed law firm. You may be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, Licensed Conveyancer - Or you may be completely unqualified, with good conveyancing experience already.
A conveyancing qualification is not necessary for this role.
In this role you will liaise with home buyers/sellers and their solicitors, estate agents etc. You will work to deadlines and be an excellent communicator able to prioritise tasks effectively.
You will receive an excellent salary up to £38k. Excellent benefits package befitting of a top UK law firm.
Agile working to include a mixture of office and work-from-home options.
Your further training and development will not be forgotten. You will receive comprehensive on-going training from your colleagues and in-house team.
