With focused growth in the Commercial Property Department over the past few years our client now have a strong offering within Commercial Property. They are now seeking to add a commercial property solicitor to their team with at least three years post qualification experience. Our client is looking for an ambitious and dynamic commercial property lawyer who is able to hit the ground running on an array of matters to include sale, purchase, leasing and re-financing of business premises, commercial developments and unit sales, advising on pre-emption, option and promotion agreements, s106 Agreements, commercial licenses, and easements. It would be a big advantage to our client if you enjoy business development activities, to include attending local networking events, organising and delivering seminars (with support) along with contributing to the firms marketing strategy.
