Now looking to strengthen its foothold in the Social Housing space, they are seeking a Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE with good experience of Commercial Property matters to join their accomplished team in Basingstoke.

They are headquartered in London however operate globally and have an established presence in many cities including Reading, Piraeus, Paris, Madrid, Singapore, Sao Paulo, and many more. Staff who work here become part of a widely respected network in which you will be able to provide counsel to clients across the globe.
• Being the product of a recent highprofile merger with another international firm, they have the means and ability to grant fee earners to a highly enviable client base. The bulk of their work is done with 'Super brand' household names, blue-chip companies, and well working with many FTSE 350 companies. Key clients include Investment Banks, Medical Suppliers, Leading Universities, and major Insurance Companies.
• Despite this firm being corporate in size, they are known to promote working cultures and values often associated with firms much smaller by promoting a supportive collegiate working community.
• The Social Housing team act on complex commercial property and asset management work including major facility agreements and asset management matters drawing work from their national network and expertise in home ownership, securitisation and portfolio management in which they act on large scale developments of often over 2000 homes. The role will include significant prospects of career progression and scope to become involved with wider real estate and affordable housing matters.
• Work will include both fee earning and developing the business. You will be working closely alongside a leading partner with a view of helping with the management and development of junior fee earners and contributing more widely to the team and it's growth.
