<strong>Residential Conveyancer<br /> South Birmingham</strong><br /> <br /> If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established, forward-thinking practice in South Birmingham.<br /> <br /> Our client is one of the leading legal practices in the area with several branch offices across the West Midlands.<br /> <br /> The successful candidate will oversee and undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing which will mean managing a caseload including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. You will also liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents.<br /> <br /> The position would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least three years’ residential conveyancing experience as you will need to be able to work independently and unsupervised.
