Conveyancing Fee Earner - Leamington Spa
My client is a well-established and respected legal services organisation, based in rural Warwickshire, that focuses on private client, estate planning, wealth management and conveyancing services. Having built a strong existing reputation they are seeking to expand their dedicated conveyancing offering and looking to recruit a conveyancing fee earner with ideally 2 years+ experience in residential conveyancing to work closely with the organisation's Directors.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity where you will have input in all stages of the growth of this enterprise.
The role will require you to be involved in all aspects of the delivery of high quality conveyancing services to the business' client base, managing a caseload of transactions for the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered properties and transfers of equity. Experience of knowledge of trusts of land would also be desirable.
