Our client is a rapidly growing ABS who are looking for a Solicitor experienced in dealing with Corporate/Commercial matters to join their busy team in Birmingham.
You will ideally have at least 4 years’ experience of dealing with a Corporate / Commercial caseload.
Your responsibilities will include: -

Our client is a rapidly growing ABS who are looking for a Solicitor experienced in dealing with Corporate/Commercial matters to join their busy team in Birmingham.
You will ideally have at least 4 years’ experience of dealing with a Corporate / Commercial caseload.
Your responsibilities will include: -
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements, trademark registrations and IP licences.
- For corporate clients, you will be advising on share transfers, purchase of shares, shareholder agreements, increase in share capital and appointment and removal of directors amongst other things.
