Private Client Solicitor
A forward-thinking firm that thrives on building relationships with colleagues, clients and the community is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing Private Client team in Blackburn or Accrington.
The team consists of 1 Partner & Head of Employment Law, 1 Principal, 1 Senior Associate, 1 Associate and 4 Solicitors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

The team consists of 1 Partner & Head of Employment Law, 1 Principal, 1 Senior Associate, 1 Associate and 4 Solicitors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with wills
- Managing probate enquires
- Trust & estate administration
- Tax planning
- Managing lasting powers of attorney applications
- Managing court of Protection applications
- Experience in Private Client
- You will have managed your own caseload
- 2+ years PQE
- 28 days holidays + bank holidays
