The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer into their Leicestershire office.

You will join a Legal 500-tiered department recognised for their high-grade work covering a broad scope of client needs. You will join a friendly, professional, and highly experienced Conveyancing team. You will deal with a varied caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with 2 PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You should have excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• You will have experience with business development and be good at developing and maintaining client relationships
