Head of Residential Conveyancing - Wiltshire
Legal 500 rated law firm with a reach across Wiltshire and beyond is seeking to recruit a Head of Residential Conveyancing.
My client has several locations and their conveyancing team is well structured and has a wealth of experience at all levels that offer a first class service to clients and encompass the full range of residential conveyancing transactions.
The role will involve taking over the reigns and managing their full residential property team and play a pivotal role within their overall management that would include compliance, day to day management, "well-being" developing and overseeing processes whilst continuing to develop the department and win new business.
ideally, you will be an experienced Solicitor that has sound leadership skills, able to lead and inspire an experienced team and provide full management.
