Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive - Partner Designate role
This boutique Somerset based practice is recruiting within its established and successful commercial property team.
They are seeking an experienced real estate solicitor with at least 2 years' experience to build their way up to Partner level.
Unusually this firm does not operate to individual billing targets, but instead has a client focused approach - which is very refreshing, and may appeal to those in a larger firm, fed up of feeling like a billing machine!
This role will be to advise on local and nationally based commercial property work. There may be the need from time to time to handle agricultural matters, which can become very high value and complex.
With the firm’s succession plans there is genuine future partnership potential for the right candidate. In this role you can certainly have significant input into both the team and firm.
This role will be based in mid Somerset, and you will have a genuine work life balance that is so often unachievable in larger city based firms.
Excellent salary depending on experience.
