We are working with a Local Authority who is seeking a Contracts Lawyer to come in on a part-time basis. This assignment can be conducted remotely and will begin on a 3 month contract with a view to extend long-term on a rolling basis.
As a Contracts Lawyer, you will apply your knowledge and experience to pick up an established caseload and hit the ground running. Prior experience in contracts law is essential and experience of JCT contracts would be beneficial.
The Contracts Lawyer will pick up duties which may include;
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and amending commercial contracts
- Terms and Conditions
- Agreements
- Procurement
- And much more
