This is a great new opportunity for a Family Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE to join a leading Top 200 law firm at their office in Liverpool. Offering a fantastic salary of at least £38,000, along with a fantastic benefits package including the opportunity for hybrid working, this role is perfect for Family Solicitors with at least 5 years' PQE.

This role would see you responsible for:

• Handling a largely privately funded caseload of mixed family matters, including Divorce, Finances, and Private Children matters
• Deal with cases from start to finish, and carry out your own advocacy where this is necessary or appropriate
• Build relationships with clients and engage in business development to help grow both the department and your reputation in the area
• Work alongside senior members of the department in order to ensure junior staff and fee earners are confident in their ability to undertake any matters and cases related to family law

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE and be experienced within all matters of family law, with particular reference to privately funded family work. You will have experience in running your own caseload in it's entirety, including being comfortable dealing with your own advocacy.
