The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Planning Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds
• The Planning department advise a broad range of national businesses, landowners, property developers and public sector bodies on complex planning matters
• As such, you will have a diverse caseload including CPO and Lands Tribunal work, Highways Act agreements, planning applications & appeals, judicial review and public inquiry work
• As an Associate, you will also be closely mentored with a high degree of investment as you develop into a well-established Planning Lawyer, with strong prospects to progress in the coming years

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Planning Solicitor with 1PQE+
• Well-organised and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
