Residential Property Associate

Ortus Group is currently working with a leading mid-tier law firm based in Central London specialising in property, dispute resolution and private wealth. We provide a comprehensive legal service to a wide range of businesses and private individuals. The firms client base includes multinationals, public and private companies, partnerships, public sector organisations and private clients.

The department are currently on an exciting growth curve and looking to invest in junior talent within their Property department. They want to invest in an associate to offer a long term career opportunity in a modern thinking law firm. 

The Property team is recommended by Legal 500 and by Chambers and Partners.  It is part of the wider Real Estate Services department which also comprises the practice groups of Real Estate Litigation and contentious and non-contentious Construction.  

The successful candidate will actively assist in developing the practice by working mainly on their own files, and with others on larger transactions.  In accordance with the general practice of the firm, the candidate will have responsibility and client contact, and will enjoy the support and encouragement of other members of the team at all levels.
